Brief Answer:
Yes you can take, safe together

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
I appreciate your struggle to avoid hydrocodone acetaminophen as it has addictive properties. Yes you can take flexeril(cyclobenzaprine) with celebrex and is a better replacement to the hydrocodone. You should take it. And there are some other good muscle relaxants like tizanidine and orphenadrines and skelaxin. All are safe with celebrex and should be used. Rest for a while and apply topical NSAIDs to the area with massage and hope for the best.Your radiology results are fine and so will you be soon.
Let hope for the best. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
