
What Causes Splitting And Brittle Nails?

Question: Hi, I am now 50, have had ridges nails for last two years. They have normal color only they break easily and i gave up looking beautiful with nail polish. when i told by doc, i got iron check. i am aneamic and take iron suppliments but nails have not improved
