What Causes Spotting And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Question: Me and my girl friend didnt had sex but touched each others organs. My girl friend took ipill (suspecting that my liquid might got in touch with her vagina) on 22 December. Now she had a little spotting for a day and burning sensation while urinating.
Now my doubt is
1. Can she take antibiotics to get over that burning sensation while urinating if it is any UTI?
2. Its been six days now since she took ipill so can she have antibiotic pills now? or will they any possible effects?
3. Can she have ayurvedic medicine?
Please answer these 3 questions and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. My gf really could not bare that pain.

Brief Answer:
Can take antibiotics if urine testing indicates it.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
1. If there is a suspicion of UTI, then please get a urine test done. It should include a urine routine microscopy and urine culture test.
If the test is positive, antibiotics are given as per the test, not randomly without testing.
Till then she should drink lots of water, atleast 5 litres per day.
2. She can have antibiotics, if the urine test is positive for infection.
3. There is no role of ayurvedic medications for this.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

Doctor, thanks a lot for the reply.
So there would be no possible interactions with ipill ( decreasing ipills efficacy in getting rid of being pregnant) if antibiotics are taken and same goes with ayurvedic medication.

Brief Answer:
No interaction
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the appreciation.
No, after so many days there is no possible interaction with the I pill.
About Ayurveda as I said there is no role and the composition of Ayurvedic medications is unknown to me , being an Allopathic practitioner, but after some days, there should be no interaction.
Take care.

Dear doctor,
Thanks again for your reply. Along with this I have few final questions regarding ipill. We are pretty sure that our genitals didn't get in contact because we are aware of the consequences but just to be protective she took one pill after 4 or 5 hours.
1. Is burning sensation while urinating a side effect of ipill? Or will it cause the same?
2. If she undergo the urinary tests will those reports reveal that she had ipill? Or ipill is doing something in her body (which ipill has to do in usual because she took one 6 days back already).
3. Is there anyway that doctors get to know about she took ipill?
I hope you understood my concern. Please reply in detail.
Thanks..
