Brief Answer:
Can be due to dysbacteriosis or Irritable bowel syndome..

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking query on this forum.
Have gone through details and i appreciate your concern.

As most of her tests are normal the diagnosis of exclusion can be Irritable bowel syndrome.
All her symptoms like stomach ache nausea etc can be explained by IBS.
However if a stool culture has not been done, it is probably a good idea to go for it. She may have a bacterial imbalance in the GI tract. Our gut consists of both good and the bad bacterias.Due to various condition like irritable bowel syndrome the good bacterias are depleted hence causing severe problems with digestion. This phenomenon is called dysbacteriosis.

I would suggest you to give her some good probiotics like VSL#3.
Probiotics contain good bacterias that are helpful for digestion.
Go for her stool test in case stool is positive for parasites or bacterias antibiotic therapy would be given.
For spasmodic pain ask the doctor to prescribe her with dicyclomine tablets 10mg twice daily.

Give her a cup of banana and fiber rich foods like Pears and Apples daily.
Try to keep her fiber intake at about 25-30grams per day.

For symptomatic relief in nausea pantroprazole should be given along with domperidome.

Follow up with reports of stool and inform how she feels in a week.
Regards.
