Brief Answer:
PSA is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me assure you, not to worry about cancer of prostate gland.
Your symptoms are suggestive of urinary infection or diabetes.
Your PSA is normal. It's a prostate gland cancer tumor marker.
You need to have a qualified Urologist to examine you and do a rectal examination.
This is because PSA is not 100% accurate.
After examination of prostate gland, you should get urine routine and culture tests, and blood sugar done, to rule out urinary infection or diabetes.
The doctor can also tell you about the stabbing pain in prostate gland area, seen in Prostatitis, which is infection of the prostate gland.
The frequent urination and nocturia, could be due to urinary infection,or diabetes.
Hope your doubts are cleared. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Have a check-up and get tested.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
In your interest, get examined by an Urologist, to have a provisional diagnosis.
It's possible, this time also, it may turn out to be a prostatitis.
But first, get the tests mentioned earlier done.
Wish you well.
