What Causes Sticky And Tacky Feeling On Genitals And Groin Area?
Question: What is the cuase of sticky and tacky feeling on my genitals and groin. I never had it before?

Seems that the condition affecting your groins is most likely 'Intertrigo'. Intertrigo is inflammation of body folds.
Groin folds trap moisture and which causes maceration of skin. Macerated skin is delicate and prone to irritation due to folds rubbing against each other.
On examination the folds in intertrigo may be red, raw and ooze thus giving rise to a sticky feeling. Also there may be burning Or itching sensation.
I suggest you to use an absorbant dusting powder preferably which is also antifungal e.g clotrimazole dusting powder.
Use it twice daily in the groin folds. This would keep the folds dry and thus benefit in this condition.
You may take an OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily if you have itching Or burning sensation.
Bath twice daily specially if it is hot weather and is you sweat a lot down there. Wear cotton undergarments and loose fitting cotton clothes.
