What Causes Stiffness, Pain In Right-sided Rib Cage And Dyspnea?

My husband was running a 100* fever for one day two days ago. He is fever free, but sounds like he has bronchitis now.
I was treated for a sinus infection three weeks ago. Possibly still active in my ears. Still using cool water vaporizer and saline spray. No more sinus pain.
What is taking so long? Can give you meds list if it is salient.
Need management and precaution measures
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern . History of MS and breast cancer and arthritis with rib cage pain throbbing in nature with shortness of breath is likely gastritis (most likely due to pain killer meds for arthritis) or a gallbladder issue like stone etc. It needs abdominal ultrasound and work up to sort out the cause. Till then pepto , some nexium and some antispasmodics will help.
Your husband fever of 100 2 days back with bronchitis symptoms need chest radiograph to confirm , a blood count to see the leukocyte count and treat accordingly with antibiotics and symptomatic remedies.
Sinus infection 3 weeks ago followed by sequelae in ears is not to worry about. Just continue using saline spray, use home remedies like warm comforting beverages, green herbal tea , steam inhalation. humidified air breathing and wait and see meanwhile treating symptoms supportively.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
