Hello dear,
From what you said,it is most probably from acid peptic disease. Fast food is a common precipitant for this. This can be treated with acid lowering agents and antacids for a few days, along with diet modification .Be regular in food timings, avoid spicy/fried/greasy items.avoid smoking and alcohol.reduce tea and chocolate intake. Also take enough green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Other less likely causes include gall bladder disease, pancreatitis etc.To be sure,we need a detailed abdominal examination. Your doctor will guide you.
Wishing for a faster cure,Thank you.
