Brief Answer:
Lower abdominal discomfort is common

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

It is normal to have lower adbominal discomfort and back pain for a few days till you get used to the pessary.. But there shouldn't be any cramping..

In 2-3 days time, you will comfortable.. If the size of the pessary is correct, it will be in position, you will be able to pass urine and motion without any problem..

Hope I have answered your query..Feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..
