Question: I'm trying to understand if I have a crohns problem right now. Two yrs ago I had a foot Surgury that lead to extremely bad constipation, already ibs, and I tore a hole in my colon" which actually feel out" and had to have it repaired. Since Monday I have terrible , painful cramps, mucus and blood mainly in the stool. Still ongoing

Have you Crohns disease diagnose or this is just your suspicion?
As you have had some surgeries before, your symptoms may be caused by bowels obstruction due to adhesions (or tight intestinal junction if there was any).
That is why some diagnostics is necessary in your case. You should start with abdominal ultrasound, blood work and abdominal x-ray. Next step should be colonoscopy (this will allow to diagnose Crohns disease as well).
Please do not wait with it any longer and consult your doctor as soon as possible. If its an obstruction, you may need an urgent surgery.
