Postmenopausal bleeding with cramps could possibly be due to following reasons

1. Endometrial hyperplasia or cancer. This is due to hormonal variation in body leading ro increased estrogen and above problems.

2. Cervical erosion or cancer cervix.

Hence please get ultrasound scan done and also pap smear examination. This will help in differentiating above conditions.
