Does The Recommendation Of Complete Hysterectomy Due To Uterine And Endometrial Cancer?
I received a dx of complex endometrial hyperplasia with foci.. and 70% of the background tissue had cells this was post a surgery and pathology report from when 27 polyps were removed. Recommendation complete hysterectomy..does this mean I have uterine or endometrial cancer?
