Question: Dear Doctor, I am 27 year old Indian (Asian) Male of Indo-Aryan ethnicity. Since birth I am Asthmatic and also allergic to cold, dust, pollen, duck eggs, leaves. My paternal lineage has heredetic tendency of Diabetes and Hypertension and my Maternal Lineage has Hepatic and Eczema tendancies. I am although niether diabetic ironically i am more of Hypoglecemic nor i am eczema but have a frequent liver issues and mild hypertension (not under medication). Now coming to present, on 7-March-2014 at midnight I had a severe paining Cramp in my Colon (right & left) and it kept on repeating every 18-20 minutes. Alongside, on same day i had a loose motion which repeated 5 times that day later I got constipated which is still persistent. On 12-March-2014 I seeked medical advise and has been prescribed with Ofloxacin Extended Release 400mg twice daily, Papytazyme (Pancreatin 170mg, Oxbile Extract 50mg, Ginger Oleoresin 2mg, Activated Charcoal 50mg) twice daily post meals and Pantocid DSR (Pantoprazole sodium & sustained release) once before breakfast. Apart from this today on 13-March-2014 I went for immunoassay & pathological examinations. Out of which my SGOT is 67.5 IU/L, SGPT is 137.3 IU/L, Serum Bilirubin (Total) is 0.8 mg.% and Serum Bilirubin (Direct) is 0.4 mg.%, Serum Calcium is 8.2 mg.% rest all are within range. Files of the reports are attached for your kind reference. Due to frequent asthmatic issues in January 2014 I have been given Beclamethiosone 200mcg, prednisolone 10mg and levocetrizine 10mg due to wheezing and asthmatic attack. This is all I had to say.
