What Causes Stomach Gas And Pain With Anal Bleeding?

Question: Hi,
For the last two weeks, I have been extremely gassy and pain in my smotach. I have started to develop bleeding in my butt; and, I thought it might be related somehow to the amount of farts I am doing. I am frequently going to the bathroom: to be exact, I have probably went around 3 times just to pee. When I do make a bowl movement, it seems to be solid. i feel like I am on an emotional roller-coaster. I cry at work for no reason and the very next moment I am feeling really happy. I sleep but I am still tired. I am a woman of 24. The last time I had my period was August 15. What is going on with me? Should I tell my husband to take me to the doctor? Can this all be related to the fact that I had on March 15, 2013, a gal-bladder surgery? My manager worries I am pregnant, if I am can I move around table and chairs and use cleaning chemicals?

Well, I have taken the test. It said it was invalid or not pregnant. I was confused how to read this one test; since, it is different from the Clear-blue one. I have regular cycles; and, they normally last 3-5 days. I have one and she 0is 14 months old. I weigh 328 and I am 5'5".
I mean when I whip it comes out bleeding. It feels like it burning other times.

I took the other test and it came out negative.
Brief Answer:
NEED TO SEE A SPECIALIST
Detailed Answer:
The reason for the menstrual delay could be hormonal imbalance.
That would explain the mood swings, gassiness and bloated feeling.
Regarding blood in stool , and bowel movement issues, yes, you need to see a doctor.
You might be having an anal fissure or piles causing constipation, pain in defecating and blood while passing motions.
Also, apart from pregnancy, other reasons for your delayed cycle
1. The main thing is severe morbid obesity - your BMI comes out to be 54, you definitely need surgery for this morbid weight gain, it can mess up your cycles ( if you correctly typed that you weigh 328 )
2. Other factors - stress, anxiety, travelling, exercise, late nights, erratic eating , smoking, drinking etc.
Please see a specialist and have an internal exam, a pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal levels ( FSH, LH, TSH, OGTT, DHEAS, Prolactin, Free testosterone ).
That will rule out polycystic ovaries and hypothyroidism also.
Take care

What type of specialist do I need to go see? What surgery are you talking about?
Brief Answer:
TWO SPECIALISTS SEPARATELY

For your current issues, you need to see an OB - GYN, who would assess the menstrual irregularity and can also examine you for the cause of the blood in the stool.
For the weight issues, you should see a Bariatric Surgeon who specializes in Bariatric surgery ( weight loss surgery ).
