Brief Answer:
Continue cyclopam and call, watch for other symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Cyclopam contains dicyclomin and it is an antispasmodic. Dose you are giving is appropriate for this age.
As the pain is associated with fever it may be due to gastritis or some stomach infection
Giving paracetamol for fever and cyclopam for ache(if it is infection related)is OK.
I would like to give some acid reducing agent like ranitidine(if it is due to gastritis).Giving probiotic like lactobacillus would also help as it maintains the normal gut flora. In case the infection is viral and there are no more new symptoms the fever and pain should improve within two to three days.
I would request you to watch the baby closely for appearance of any new symptoms like vomiting or loose motion. Also observe for any worsening in codition. If you notice any please consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Give some anti emetic like ondensetron for vomitimg

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

I wont get overly worried if there is only one episode of vomiting.
If she feels nauseated or if vomiting recurs you may give ondensetron after consulting your doctor.
Watch closely as advised and if fever persists, there is repeated vomiting or in case of development of any new symptom consult your pediatrician.

Wishing for your child's rapid recovery.

Brief Answer:
Consult your doctor if frequency and severity of fever remains same

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again

Even in viral infection fever may persist for 4-5 days.
I would like to know the pattern of fever (whether frequency and severity of fever has been showing decreasing trend, same or worsening course).
In viral infection fever may initially of high grade for 2-3 days and then starts decreasing.
If fever trend is same or worsening please consult your pediatrician for clinical evaluation and investigations accordingly.

Brief Answer:
You may observe her

Detailed Answer:
Hi

If fever is showing decreasing trend and other symptoms got improved then it hints towards some viral infection.
Here you may wait for next 48 hours and observe for trend of fever.
If fever increases or condition worsened, please get her evaluated.
