Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing are common side effects of amlodipine which is one of active principles of asomax 5mg. Stopping asomax will relieve your symptoms.

If you were my patient I would recommend to switch to bystolic 5 mg and moduretic to control your BP. However since these medications may have unwanted side effects you should discuss with your doctor about changing therapy.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
