most likely aspirin induced dyspepsia, follow the advises..
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern..
Good to know the creatinine is coming down now..try to keep tea/coffee and/ animal protein intake limited, it'll help faster reduction also..
The stomach problem is most likely aspirin induced(Atorva-ASP), however since your already taking it after dinner, I'd suggest you to start taking Cap PANTOPRAZOLE 40 mg Twice daily (morning and night) in empty stomach 20-25 min before food for next 1 week, after one week reduce it to Once daily before breakfast for another 10 days and observe how you stay..
If the problems still persist and pain increases, despite this , then please get yourself checked clinically for any underlying Gastric ulcers..
Also try not to take any outside foods and spicy/junk foods and take simple home made foods..Take unflavored/unsalted yogurt daily after lunch for for the next one month..
Since your doctor has already mentioned the chronic renal problem, I'd suggest you to consult a Nephrologist as per your convenience for a detailed physical examination and a complete metabolic profile analysis(CBC, LFT, KFT including Urine R.M., FBS, PPBS, HbA1C, Uric Acid, Electrolytes etc.) to decide on any further modification in the current line of management..
Let me know if your having any further doubts, i'll be glad to clarify..
Take Care
Kind Regards
