What Causes Stomach Rumbles And Hot Feeling In Head And Shoulders?

Question: Just four days ago I had unprotected sex with a prostitute. Two days later I'm getting these growls in my stomach and bubbly sounds. My body feels hot from head to shoulders and I'm feeling little stings on random places. The growls and sounds don't stop at all even after I eat. Can this be symptoms of a STD?

I notice on the antacid bottle there is no hour instructions how many times should i take it and for how long as in hour periods.

Doctor would you know exactly where do mouth warts start from lip or inside because this whit bumpy ball just came out under my tongue
