Brief Answer:
Can be mild nerve root irritation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The strange feeling in the foot seems to be posture related. This can happen due to mild nerve root compression or irritation. Methylcobalamin deficiency can also cause such altered sensation.
It is best to improvise your posture, start with back strengthening exercises and take methylcobalamin supplements if there is a deficiency.
I hope this answers your query.
