Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
What you are experiencing most probably may be related to cardiac palpitations and arrhythmias. Palpitations and arrhythmias may be manifested as a strong heart beat on your stomach especially when you are laying down.
If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- blood work including thyroid hormone levels
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- holter monitoring
- stress test
Meanwhile I would suggest to do the following measures :
- avoid cofee chocolate and energy drink
- avoid drinking alcohol
- avoid laying down 3 hours after eating
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
It's a good start that the ecg and blood works were normal. However, a normal ecg doesn't definitely exclude cardiac arrhythmias. This is why it's essential to do the above mentioned examinations (cardiac echo, holter monitoring and stress test).
Hope this is of help!
