From your description it's quite apparent that hydration keeps your urine diluted through out the day, while at night when the hydration gets reduced, there's urinary stasis (Deposition) resulting in the odor overnight..

As by diurnal variation , early morning urine is of maximum concentration, so some smell is expected, however since you've mentioned that you're on different medications , I'd like to know what are you taking besides AZO and Oxybutynin, so that I can rule out any medication induced causes..

Even medications like multivitamin supplements can create such smell..

Foods rich in animal protein, caffeinated drinks can also cause certain strong odor..

Can you please explain what is the type of smell , that'll help to narrow it down ?

If no specific causes can be found then , urine routine and microscopy can be done to look for specific cast and deposits as well as urinary biochemistry..
