Brief Answer:
Thank you for the information

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Thank you so much for the detailed response it really helps.

Based on the excellent response you have provided, a few possibilities do rise, but they can only be confirmed with the help of those investigations I have suggested in my previous response.

-Your sleep rules out sleep apnea
-Your weight and height are in accordance, so obesity is ruled out
-Other conditions ruled out
-Bowel abnormalities are ruled out
-Depression is a possibility as you have faced emotional trauma and feel sad often; along with anxiety being an option. This might require some counselling, if you choose to address this issue
-Your weakness could also be due to the infection that you had of the gums during this weakness. The body can respond to simple infections quite aggressively when there is a deficiency of nutrients in the body
-Good hydration
-In winter, allergic reactions are less common and also the weather can make some individuals happier than usual. Which could also contribute to lowering depression to a certain extent.

In conclusion, I continue to recommend those investigations and a consultation with a counsellor. I hope you can schedule the same at the earliest. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
