Brief Answer:
Doesn't look like a cardiac issue

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your father's health and I would like to tell you that although it doesn't seems to be related to heart but still as he has already underwent bypass last year so it's advisable to atleast get an ECG done to look for any possible changes.

Probably he had some gastritis because of the medicines he must be taking.

Also get these tests done

1. Complete Blood Count
2. Kidney function test
3. Serum electrolytes levels

And if this happens again kindly consult with your doctor personally for proper examination and evaluation.

Hope to have been helpful

Kind Regards

Hello,

Okay, I thought you have just got them done. But as you have done 4 months back so it's advisable to get at least one more ECG done.
