What Causes Sudden Dizziness?

Question: Hi - I started the XXXXXXX diet a week ago - a week in I've lost weight and was feeling so much better -
yesterday I had two large cups in a cafe of coffee and now I'm dizzy constantly ... I'm not sure if it's the caffeine still in my system but I'm still dizzy day after ?? It's just dizziness no ringing in ears no sickness no other symptoms ...
Is it vertigo or I'm fearful of diabetes ...

Brief Answer:
Hyperthyroidism and hypoglycemia should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Have you experienced similar episode before, or is it for the first time.
Is it occurring all the time or in certain position of head movement.
I, after initially examination, would have checked your blood pressure, as hypertension can be one of the reason. Other would be hypoglycemia, for that I would have asked you for random blood sugar test .
On obtaining these reports, I would have decided on whether you require medication or not.
Hope this helps.
Take care
