Not sure if the bendryll helped took 7.5mg of zoplicone shortly after.....seemed to knock me out...fell asleep holding an ice pack

Feel fine now (tired)...only a couple of hours of sleep

No history no BP issues no sea food...unlikley bug bites

But I did take 3 extra strength Aleve before I went to bed...I have taken Aleve in the past with no recollection of similar symptoms
thanks so much for your help

Brief Answer:
There seems to be nothing to worry about.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for writing back,

According to your symptoms and the way they have progressed , It can be two things

1) Drug response with Aleve
2) Allergy (which can be with any thing which you might not know )

Aleve doesn't really cause allergy or numbness but it is an established side affect of Aleve that it causes skin itching in high doses (courtesy drugs dot com).

You took benedryl and after some time drug would have got washed out of your system or cleared up by liver so things got better.

I would suggest you not to panic, or get anxious it is a common finding in people who tale Neproxen in heavy doses specially after some gap since last taken.

I would suggest you to take benedryl 1 tablet at night for next two nights as well there should be no problem .
Drink ample water so that drug gets washed out of your system better.I am quite positive that this will not happen again.

Wish you the best of health.

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
