What Causes Sudden Episode Of Numbness In Both Feet?

Question: Hi, I am a 35 year old male I all of a sudden experienced numbness in my both my feet so I went to my Dr who sent me for an MRI who said I had bulging discs, what do you recommend? I also have scoliosis. I don't want surgery but am nervous as this is not a normal feeling.

Numbness is the only complaint.
Yes I can stand up from the squatting position.
No problem in upper limbs.
I have Hypertension and have had Gout in the past in the feet.

Sorry, I have no idea how to upload the CD.

Meanwhile,please start taking medicines-
1)Tab.pragabalin 75 mg once a day.
2)Calcium/vitamin D and vitamin B12 supplementation

PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.

At the same time,Physiotherapy(spinal exercises) have important role to play.Please learn them from an expert physiotherapist.
