Question: Hi my 20 yr old grandson tells me he has fainting spells,sweats all over even the palms of his hands the

Twenty year olds should not be fainting ad having spells like this. There are several very serious things that this could be. He could have a serious cardiac condition like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or some sort of rhythm disturbance of the heart. He could also be having some sort of seizure activity though this is less likely from what you describe. He really needs to see a doctor as soon as possible to determine the cause of these spells. Please as him to see as doctor as soon as possible and not to do any strenuous activity until he is seen.
