Hi.
Thanks for a short and to the point query.

I would take that you do not have any other medical problems like diabetes or so as you have not mentioned.

Sudden onset of fever with bad smelling farts, taken together indicate towards a diagnosis of Enteritis, that is intestinal infection.
You may or may not develop other symptoms like loose motions, bloating, noisy abdomen, chills, nausea and vomiting.
You have to be watching for these.

I would advise you to start an antibiotic most suitable intestinal infection under the prescription of a local Doctor, probiotics, activated charcoal tablets; Soft bland diet if tolerated.
