Question: Ihave sudden deafness. One ear has come backa little but the other is completely deaf. XXXX

I did not wear a hearing aid until this happened 3 weeks ago and I do not have any of the other symptons you mention. Any other ideas?

It is probably age related hearing loss as you have none of the stated symptoms. Please send me the audiometry report so that I can suggest you better.
Age related hearing loss may manifest anytime after 55 years of age. It has to be corrected by hearing aids only.
