What Causes Sudden Itching And Swelling On Feet And Ankles?
Question: sudden attack of extremely itchy swollen feet, ankles up to knees, and itchy hands also.

Hi,
From the description, it seems you could be having urticaria or some allergy.
Right now i would advise that you take a combination of antihistamines like cetrizine and hydroxyzine both twice in a day. Also apply calamine lotion mixed with a mild steroid lotion. If there is no relief in symptoms in a day, please meet your ER doctor nearby.
Also if possible please upload an image of your hands and legs as that would help me in diagnosing your condition better.
