Do you have any blood pressure medication at home? If yes, then measure your blood pressure in 20 minutes, if blood pressure is still high come back and write medications you have at home. If you don't have any medication and your blood pressure doesn't decrease, then refer to ER

rechecked pulse (90) and pressure (151/91). Note, no blood pressure meds..this is the first such occurrence. I live in a rural area in XXXXXXX currently under siege by a snow blizzard

thank you, I will follow up as you advise. My wife has a question...she is having a stabbing headache on the right temple even after a series of amoxicillin, Sudafed, Benadryl, and mucous expectorant. Ears and nose are no longer stopped, but the stabbing pain persists.
