Brief Answer:
Measure blood pressure in 20 minutes
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Do you have any blood pressure medication at home? If yes, then measure your blood pressure in 20 minutes, if blood pressure is still high come back and write medications you have at home. If you don't have any medication and your blood pressure doesn't decrease, then refer to ER
Take care

rechecked pulse (90) and pressure (151/91). Note, no blood pressure meds..this is the first such occurrence. I live in a rural area in XXXXXXX currently under siege by a snow blizzard
Brief Answer:
Welcome back
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
152/91 is not dangerously high, keep calm, and it will decrease gradually.
But have a regular visit to your doctor to have a medication at home for such cases.
Wishing you good health
Regards,
Welcome back
