Brief Answer:
Most likely anxiety related.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Sudden onset of tingling in hands is generally related to stress and anxiety disorder, so, there is need to be calm, because this will go away after Xanax use.

Sudden tingling in hands also could be related to certain hands positives that impair blood supply, in this case, massage of hands could help.

In my opinion, these symptoms should subside in one hour or two.

If they persist longer, an evaluation by your primary care Doctor is necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
