What Causes Sudden Onset Of Tingling Sensation On The Head And Tiredness?
Question: I am on my fifth day of period is it abnormal that I feel so tired after cycling? Like I had to cycle and it was OK until I came across a few XXXXXXX uphill slopes and after awhile I feel abit hot and then this tingling sensation on top of my head happened. And I feel really tired. And my hands abit numb but maybe cause I was gripping the handle bars hard? Is this normal I'm so breathless I feel abit better after eating sweets but still abit tired and hands abit numb

Ok thank you :) yeah I think I have quite heavy flow this month and could be cause I been drinking alot of tea and sleeping less then 7 hrs last few days. Thanks for you help
