It requires examination by ophthalmologist to rule out photoophthalmia.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic
I am Dr Dadapeer an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having sudden onset of white film like moving floaters in eyes.
Following exposure to bright sunlight there can be a condition called as photophthalmitis. This will decrease by 1-2 hours, since it is still present even after 1 day we need to rule out vitreous related problems like vitreous degenerations, vitreous detachment, vitreous opacities.... These are quiet common in people aged more than 60 years.
Most of these are harmless and will resolve slowly without the need for any treatment.
However in few cases they may be associated with retinal problems and require laser treatment.
Hence I would like to advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination of the eye to rule out both photoophthalmia and vitreous related problems.
As of now I would like to advice you to take rest and you can use artificial eye drops like Refresh tears eye drops.
Hope this information is helpful to you.
Thank you
With regards
