What Causes Sudden Twitching Of Thumb?
Question: When I put pressure on my left palm or wrist, it sometimes pulsates. I was painting the porch floor, pushing myself up off of my knees with my palm on the porch floor. When I put pressure on it again, after painting an hour or so, you could see my hand jumping, at the wrist. When I stopped pushiing, it went away. My thumb will twitch some also, same hand. I am right handed. Any answer will be helpful.

Hello again, How can anxiety cause this? My blood pressure is ok, I am meds for this. Sometimes my whole body feel nervous. What would help this?
