Brief Answer:
Weight loss can be related to both, psychiatric and gastroenteric disorders

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Permethrin is used to treat scabies and triamcinolone is a steroid drug that may be used to treat itching, redness, crusting of the skin, so itchy skin, rash and sores after scratching that improved after the treatment, could be explained by scabies infection.

This condition is not connected to stomach cramps or Gastroenteric tract bleeding.

If there was mucus and bleeding in stools, this may be related to large bowel conditions such colitis and evaluation by a Gastrologyst is needed.

You report that you saw bugs like things coming out your nose, this condition may be related to psychiatric disorders associated with visual hallucinations.

I agree with your Doctor's opinion about seeing a Psychiatrist about this issue.

Weight loss can be related both to gastroenteric tract disorders such colitis and psychiatric illnesses.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
