Question: Hi there I keep sweating feeling dizzy and weak but I have got chest infection
No not had an xray and im on amoxicillin which contains penicillin

In my opinion, you should should first get done chest x ray to know the severity of pneumonia.
Because your current symptoms are also seen in worsening of Pneumonia.
So you may need higher antibiotic and other supportive drugs too.
