What Causes Swelling Above Vagina After Tubal Ligation?

Question: ok well I have my tubes tied and I am having an issue. Above my vagina(on my pelvic area) it is swollen up. I have been noticing my feet swelling up a bit too and sometimes numb. could you please give me some insight. thanks.

In my opinion the swelling of feet might be mostly due to anaemia with hypoproteinemia.
So I suggest you to get HB and serum protein estimation done to rule out anaemia and low protein in the body.
Take high protein diet like egg white daily and nuts etc and healthy nutritional diet.
The swelling of vagina might be seen in cases of vaginal infection presenting with altered vaginal discharge associated with itching and foul smelling.
So I suggest you to consult doctor to rule out any vaginal infection.
As you dont have any fever,pain abdomen nothing to worry.

well thank you and I just wanted to say there is no itching or foul smell or discharge from my vagina. it's just swollen. and I started taking a multi vitamin do you think this will help in the case of anaemia?

multivitamin might do some help in case of Anaemia but you need to find the type of Anaemia and Ammount of protein in your body.
since there is no fever and foul smelling discharge chances of infection might be very less.
so we need to rule out systemic causes like Anaemia hypo protenemia by lab evaluation.
