Brief Answer:
Seems related to cold exposure

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

Best wishes and regards.

I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr dermatologist. I have viewed the attached pic as well as noted details submitted.

It matches the skin response to cold exposure which may be in the form of exposure to environmental conditions or cold water. That right hand is involved further strengthens the possibility.

It would be good to do warm soaks thrice daily as well as wear protective gloves.

In case there is pain or itching appropriate preparation like Tab aspirin or Cetrizine can be considered.

If you so like, you may visit ER as that would confirm the suspicion and also rule out any other cause.

My best wishes to you, Sir.
I have great regard for XXXXXXX persons like you.
