Brief Answer:
It could be infectin of testis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have swelling and pain in of both the testicles since two weeks and failed to ejaculate .
This is mostly due to infection of both the testicles.
It is common not to have production of seminal fluid and sperms due to active infection of seminal vesicles and testicles.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and following basic tests.
1) Haemogram
2) Urine routine and culture
3) Ultrasound scanning of the scrotum.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily. It takes long time for Orchitis to get cured hence you will need to take medications for 4-6 weeks.
you will get your normal sexual potency once the infection is well controlled.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
