Question: My wife gone through a surgery of tennis elbow. Even after 12 days she had swelling and pain in hand.
Please advise medicine, she is using ice pack

Hello,
I think if wound is open then you should not apply ice over it. Some amount of swelling and pain is common after such surgery. I think Enzoflam is good tablet for pain relief so she can safely take this.
You have not send me image of wound,that will give me better idea if their is any inflammation or infection is there. If there is any redness or any fluid is coming out of wound then it will be better that she should visit her operating surgeon as there can be infection in wound.
If margins are healthy, no redness or discharge and just some swelling then she should continue with Enzoflam. She should also take some antibiotic like Augmentin with this.
