Crohn's is more likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of extraintestinal manifestations of Crohn's disease. The red rashes could be something called "erythema nodosum " which is an extraintestinal feature of Crohn's.
People with Crohn's disease often have anemia due to vitamin B12, folate, iron deficiency, or due to anemia of chronic disease. recurrent oral ulcers is quite common in Crohn's as in many other autoimmune diseases.
We have to rule out autoimmune vasculitis like PAN(poly arteritis nodosa) whichg also cause Reynauld's phenomenon leading to toe ulcer and numbness.
Multiple myeloma and other blood cancers are very unlikely.
Since you are very large number having multiple symptoms, a detailed evaluation is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Consult a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy and endoscopic directed biopsy to make a confirmed diagnosis.
Other investigations like ANA profile and other seromarkers are needed to rule out other vasculitis related diseases.
You can go for a bone marrow examination to rule out multiple myeloma and other blood cancers, even though they are rare.
Take hygienic food and cleaner drinking water.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
