Brief Answer:
Will need clinical picture to diagnose.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query and understand the concerns.

It could be lymph node enlargement or cystic swelling or bony swelling as in Paget's disease but visual inspection on the swelling would confirm the diagnosis. Can you take a picture of the lump and upload it. There is a feature to upload images and reports available on this site.

It may require you to undergo complete hemogram with ESR and ultrasound of swelling to rule out infective cause and to have confirmed diagnosis. The tests can be ordered by a general surgeon.

At the moment, my suggestion will be to visit a surgeon and plan for the aforementioned tests. Please send in pictures for more comments.

Hope this information will help and get back with clinical picture.
