Brief Answer:
Heart, kidney, liver and nutritional problems!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these swollen legs. The most common causes of swollen legs are heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure and malnutrition (Kwashakior type). I will suggest you work with your doctor on identifying what the exact cause is in your case. Your symptoms, clues gathered on physical examination and results of laboratory investigations would guide this process. Fro example, if you have difficulties climbing stairs, walking, etc., this may suggest a heart disease. However, only a combination of several different findings would lead to a definite diagnosis.

I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
