Brief Answer:
you need to get your blood urea test first
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest you to get blood urea and nitrogen test first to make sure that you need a nephrologist. You can show reports to your physician at first and then if he think you need a nephrologist then he can refer you to best in your locality. It will be good if they know each other so that there will be co ordination in them.
You can send those reports to me also.
thanks
