Detailed Answer:
Welcome st HCM
I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query. I have read and understood your health concerns.
For how long it is been there ? Any fever? Is it soft or hard? What about overlying skin? Any other swelling in neck? Any trauma to neck?
These all queries need to be answered before a reasoned conclusion can be drawn. You should continue with the antibiotics. Based upon history, it appear to be infective lymph node.
If. I am your attending physician I will get your full blood count , ESR, chest x ray and MRI scan of head and neck to rule out any other cause.
Stay calm and continue with the medicines.
Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
maintain proper follow up
Detailed Answer:
Welcome At HCM
I appreciate your follow up.
As far as your case is concerned, it would be wise to do TB workup. keeping in view your concerns , MRI and biopsy of the node should be done. Biopsy if planned should be done after detailed ENT examination.
Don't be panic , it would be fine.
Discuss it with your physician.
