Brief Answer:
Seems to be ecchymotic patch

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be an ecchymotic patch. It can occur due to any unnoticed trauma on the affected part or in patients who are on blood thinners.

I would recommend you to keep your foot elevated, avoid prolonged standing, walking and take anti-inflammatory medicines like tablet Ibuprofen for swelling.

The rash usually takes around 2 weeks to resolve.

Hope I have answered your query.
