Brief Answer:
Seems like some cardiomyopathy, need further details

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am,

I can understand your concern for your husband's health but I would like to ask for the details about your husband's problem like:

- what all symptoms he is having?

- any other associated medical illness (if he has) and if he has undergone any kind of investigations yet? If yes, then how are the results? You can simply upload/attach the reports here at the reports section of this web page.

Kindly provide me the details so that I can guide you better.

Awaiting....
