Hello,

Possible causes are like primary lymphedema in which possible causes are unknown or vasculitis or thoracic outlet syndrome or anemia. Keep your limb on elevated position. Frequent massages may give a relief. Check for any upper limb filariasis. Use tablet chymorol forte twice a day for five days. If no improvement, please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
