Brief Answer:
folliculitis of the left nostril hairs

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The possible cause of your swollen upper lip and nose is folliculitis of the left nostril hairs which has resulted in infection of the subcutaneous tissues with swelling and tenderness of the nose and the upper lip.

I will advise you to take to take oral antibiotic augmentin 625 mg thrice daily after food for 7 days with your doctors advise.

Regards
